High Court CIS 1.0 and CIS 3.0 behave in sync with each other. Therefore, vertical as well as horizontal integration is achieved. Appeal filing has become easy as data fed at the lower court can be fetched directly with entire history of the case. Sending notification to the Courts or Judges has become easy. After NSTEP is implemented writs, orders, notices can be directly sent to the court conceded with in few seconds. Stayed notification can now be displayed instantly at the trail Court no sooner the order is passed.
CIS 3.0 software has been successfully tested and implemented on cloud at Goa. The software has been running smoothly without any issues since a year. Necessary changes have been to made CIS cloud version.
Replication has happening more faster than the version which are running in distributed mode with physical server infrastructure. However, robust connectivity, continuity and strength are the keys for cloud migration.
Courts to change to certain case types which they were using for more than 6 -7 decades . The cases which were already registered would have been biggest challenge.
